Whilst many predictive or progressive diallers automate the customer call first when agents are not available, this results in silent calls which in most countries is prohibited by law and gives a very poor customer experience. In real-time, the Optilead dialler connects with the agent before dialling the customer, this ensures the customer receives the best service while your business remains compliant.
If the customer fails to pick up the phone the agent can return the lead back to the call queue to be tried again at a predetermined time. If they fail to answer several times you can leave them a pre-recorded voicemail message, or alternatively we will automate an email or a text to let them know you called.
