We generally try to operate a "Pay as you
Go" model and the details are as follows:
- Set Up Charges
There's sometimes a small set up charge to
configure Optilead to your individual requirements and this will vary
based on the the amount of work involved in setting up your particular
project, but we always keep these costs to a minimum.
- Monthly Rental
There is no monthly rental charge or
license fee. You only pay for connected calls.
- Call charges
You have to pay for the cost of the calls
made and these vary depending on the destination. Calls to Landline are
currently charged at 19p/minute and landlines at 2.5p/minute.
- Connection Fee
There's a small one off connection fee per
call to cover the cost of using the system, but you only pay this for
calls where you are connected to the customer for more than 15 seconds.
The more 'connected' calls you make per month the cheaper the
connection fee becomes.
