Aviva appoints Optilead following trial success

Aviva Direct Life has appointed Optilead, to help boost their online sales following a successful 4 week trial period.

Sarah Costello, marketing manager, said: “Our advisers really liked the new system as it was a valuable new source of ‘hot’ leads for them which they were able to convert well. Customer reaction was very positive in getting a call so quickly, and most customers were impressed that we had made the effort to contact them to see if they needed any help.”

Graham Mace, director at Optilead, added: “Our core proposition is all about getting our clients to speak to their web prospects as we know that this can easily increase conversion rates by 100% of more. This was the first time Optilead has been used on a life insurance product and it’s reassuring to see that the same principles apply.
