Questions and Answers
What are the hours of service ?
Optilead is available 24 x 7. but you decide when to activate the calls and when they not required. You decide how and when Optilead works for you.

What are the Terms of Service ?
You have full administrative rights to the system, we don't get involved in how and when you use Optilead. All we require is 10 days notice to activate the system and we ask for 30 days notice when you no longer require the service.

How much do you charge ?
There is sometimes a small set up charge, but no monthly license fees. You only pay for the call charges and a connection fee per call.

How quickly can you set Optilead up for me ?
That will nearly always depend on how quickly you need to get things ready at your end.  We can normally work at your pace.  If you can sort out the code changes to your website and brief some agents to make the calls within 48 hours ,then we'll be ready within 48 hours!

Do I need to involve my IT Dept ?
Depends on where the data is coming from. If you are using data from a third party site such as a aggregator we'll liaise with them and there's no reason for your IT people to get involved at all. If you are using data from your own site then your IT people will need to set up a data feed to us. This is a simple case of them adding a few lines of code to the relevant pages of your website and we can then do the rest.

On the telephony side of things we just need a number to deliver the calls to. If you want to contain the calls in a certain team then you will obviously need to define the routing at your end.

Who controls the flow of calls ?
You do. The control panel allows you to "throttle" calls to match your outbound resource.  Most of our clients use the call 'blending' facility which automatically  monitors your availability and sets up an outbound call as soon as an agent is available.

Can I target which leads I call?
If you have hundreds or thousands of leads from your website every day, you'll never have the capacity to follow them all up so, the trick is to target the ones that you are most likely to convert.

Optilead allows you to filter out leads that you are less likely to convert, based on any of the information that you know about that lead. For insurance you might specify that you don't want to call anyone who has indicated that their cover dosen't start within the next 21 days or their premium is less than £150. In a retail application you might decide that it's not worth calling a lead if they've got less than £250 worth of goods in their basket etc.
